Losing 50 pounds in 3 months is an achievable goal. This mean you need to lose about 16 pounds a month or about 4 pounds a week.  You can meet this weight loss goal if you follow the right diet and exercise plans. The first thing you need to do is to change your eating habit and then exercise to burn the stored fat. Don’t expect the outcome overnight. Keep in mind that it takes time for you to gain those pounds; it goes the same when you want to lose it. Below are healthy ways to lose weight.

Change Eating Habit

It’s not easy to change eating habit because we have lived with it for long time. If you are serious about losing weight, your old eating habit must go. Strength training can give you consistent way to melt off extra calories, a slimmer body shape and improved endurance. Strength training workouts use resistance provided by weight to tighten your muscles. As you do certain exercises and work against the resistance weight, you create muscular strength and stamina. Strength training can help you lose weight in a long run, even though your weight is the same while you perform strength training but you can see the different in your body shape, you’ll look more firmed and have a great shape.
